  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language of any kind will not be tolerated.

Interacting with Authors

  • Authors are here to connect with readers and enjoy the cruise too. Please be mindful of their time and personal space, especially during downtime, and non-event hours.
  • Respect posted schedules and signing limits.
  • If you’re unsure about whether a photo or autograph is okay, just ask politely!

Interacting with Fellow Attendees

  • This cruise is about community! Please be inclusive, welcoming, and considerate.
  • Avoid monopolizing conversations or dominating group activities.
  • Refrain from discussing polarizing or inappropriate topics in shared spaces.

Responsible Behavior

  • Alcohol is available on board, but please drink responsibly.
  • Inappropriate behavior due to intoxication will not be tolerated.
  • Follow all ship rules regarding age limits and designated areas.

No Tolerance for Harassment

Harassment includes but is not limited to:

  • Unwanted physical contact
  • Intimidation or offensive behavior
  • Inappropriate comments or jokes
  • Repeated disruption of events or interactions

If you feel unsafe or witness inappropriate behavior, please notify cruise staff or an event team member immediately.

Cruise Etiquette

  • Follow all instructions from cruise staff and comply with ship safety policies.
  • Be mindful of noise in hallways and shared spaces, especially at night.
  • Help us leave shared areas tidy after meetups and events.

Photography & Social Media

  • Be respectful when taking photos — get permission before taking close-up shots of individuals.
  • Please do not livestream or record events unless explicitly allowed.
